Lecithin is essential for systemic brain, nervous and glandular functions. Dr. R. W. Bernard, in the 1950s, expatiated scientifically about the systemic role phospholipids play in prostrate gland, testes and the spinal cord. Additionally, lecithin contains inositol plus choline which accentuates brain function. Lack of lecithin causes Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and lunacy. Contrarily, soy lecithin has a bad reputation because it is "soy". From my experience, I've had greater health than before, increased testosterone and better brain function since consuming lecithin. Definitely, will purchase again.
