It arrived in a torn box, and delivery was delayed so that prob can't be good for meat that should be refrigerated. Anyway, when I opened package the meat was a grey color. I bit a piece: it had a mushy texture, and taste was just off (as in, not edible). Hoping seller can provide a refund or exchange for fresh inventory (that's not spoiled).

I feel so bad that I have to write such bad review for so many different aspects of this product. I have tasted a lot of different kinds of sujuk (Greek, Armenian, Turkish, Bulgarian) and I am very familiar with the texture, spiciness, dryness etc. This product arrived vacuum seal packed, warm, deformed, soft and very greasy; worst off it weight 11.4 oz, not 16oz, as it is advertised. Upon opening the package, it had a very strong stale peppery smell and the meat texture is like a thick paste oozing grease , even after refrigeration. The seller replied to my complaint in the same stereotypical manner as he has done to other buyers before. My $16.00 purchase price is to go to the garbage along with this ??? product. The only reason I am keeping it for the moment in my freezer, is just in case Amazon wants to have something to do with the credibility of my comments.
