There have been a few times it overcame me to the point of throwing up. I do recommend taking the lid off of the bottle and leaving them air out and I even lay out a couple a day early so that they can air out and that helps make it not quite so bad. I try to toss in my mouth and swallow as quickly as possible to avoid the nasty from over coming me.
