I recently moved from the Gulf Coast to Cape Cod Massachusetts and you would not believe what they try to pass off in the supermarkets here as andouille sausage up here. It's awful. So glad I found this product. It is very good andouille, AS GOOD AS WHAT I WAS ACCUSTOMED TO IN THE SOUTH. It's a little expensive but what are my choices living here in the North? Using it in my gumbos and Jambalaya!

I bought the 10lb bag and broke it up into freezable 2lb portions. It arrived in a substantial foam cooler packed with dry ice. No problem. I will definitely buy again.
