I purchased these lights for my son's room. He is 10 and wanted something different than a night light. These lights are bright enough to light the entire room and he really loves the different colors. I did find it difficult at first to hang them but I finally used 3M's Command light plastic holders and the lights are small enough to thread through the opening! I would have liked to have them connect together because this comes with 2 lines but 1 is almost enough to go around the entire ceiling.

I love the lights. The remote wouldn't work so I ordered a replacement battery and it works fine now. I like the lights so much I would have keep them even if I couldn't get the remote to work. There is a button where it plugs in that allows you to change the color setting.(without the remote) You will need usb charging heads to plug into an electric outlet. With these lights I can keep up all year long and change the color for each holiday or season 😀👍
