I've tried several theanine supplements and Bluebonnet works best for me. I can take this during the day when I'm feeling anxious or stressed and within an hour I feel better. It doesn't make me sleepy or groggy at all, just less stressed. I usually drink black or green tea which has theanine naturally; when I drink coffee and it sometimes make me jiittery. It just takes one capsule to counter that effect for me.

I also took it during the day to help keep me balanced all day. The L Theanine is the best I have tried . It helped me a lot.
