Overall about what I was expecting quality wise. Legs are cheap plastic. Assembly was straightforward. I did it by myself in roughly 1 hour. Seats are firm but not overly firm. Quality is about what I think you shoul expect for the price point. Some stitching isn't great and there were plenty of loose threads that needed to be cut off. Storage is a nice feature and the mechanism for opening and closing seems like it will hold up.
I would say the seat is narrow from front to back especially with the back pillows. If you are a wider person and intend to lay down across the couch you may want to consider other options. The amount of space does improve some when you adjust the rear seatbacks to be slightly slanted and this did increase the comfort. Also, the seat backs look cheaper than the front of the couch. Our couch is placed in the middle of a room so one of the back sides is exposed and it doesn't look great. If the couch were placed in an actual corner it would look a little cleaner.
Overall, I still think its a decent value for the money but don't expect this to compare with higher end couches from a fit and finish standpoint.

Rv furniture replacement!
We were looking for something to replace our furniture in our camper that was versatile and offered storage. This worked for us b/c we could ordered exactly as much as we needed to fit the space. It’s not the most comfortable furniture we’ve ever owned but is 1,000 times more comfortable than the cheap rv couch that came in the camper! We removed our table and the couch and replaced it with this. The storage under each seat has been exactly what we needed to replace what we lost under the dinette benches plus some! I was worried a little about weight with it being in our slide but these are lighter than what was already in the camper.

Full disclosure: I was asked by the company to write a review for a small discount. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so pleased with this couch I did not mind. Here are some things I thought I should mention:
- delivery: came earlier than expected, in six large boxes that arrived on the same day, the arm rests came a day later in a smaller box. It was delivered by FedEx and was automatically set to signature needed upon delivery, which delayed its delivery by one day, you can opt out of this through fed ex.
- set-up: pretty easy, my husband and I put it together in like 30 mins. Pieces fit well together although you do have to give the two bottom modules a little squeeze together in order to get the first little attachment bracket to slide into place.
- construction: look, don’t expect Amish craftsmanship, but the couch is sturdy doesn’t creak or wobble. The mechanism that opens the seat of the module to access the storage is solid with a strong hinge that kind of pops it up. The legs are black plastic, I thought they were wood, but that’s easily remedied and frankly, once the couch is all together, you don’t even notice.
- fabric: it’s soft although attracts some lint, not a linen which the picture kind of makes it look like, but again, not offensive and I love the color, very much a statement.
- customizability: amazing, I can see us having a lot of fun with it in the future, fits perfectly into the space we needed it to fit.
- comfort: pretty comfy! Husband and have been lounging on it every evening to wind down from the day and it’s really nice. I’ve fallen asleep on it a few times and haven’t woken up with a kink in my neck or backache. It’s not sink into it soft, but it’s not plank of wood stiff either, fairly Goldilocks of firmness.
- customer service: great. I was concerned when I didn’t see the armrests, Amazon doesn’t tell you how many boxes and FedEx didn’t either, so I reached out. Got a response very shortly after with the tracking information for all of boxes including the armrests and it arrived the following day.
Overall: so far great couch, time will tell how long it lasts us, but I’m very pleased with it. Checks all the boxes we needed it to, adds storage to our small house, and I like the craftiness of the modular construction. Price wasn’t too bad considering how expensive everything is nowadays. I would recommend.
PS. Each module comes with a screwdriver (with interchangeable Phillips and flat head) so we ended up with like 7 screwdrivers. Just FYI, in case you want to give 6 of your friends a screwdriver.

I got the “gray”, not the dark gray sofa. There are some pictures from other reviewers that seem to be lighter and darker than the actual sofa because they were taken in weird light. I took a gamble, and the sofa is truest to the actual product photo. The fabric is good quality, the cushions are firm but will loosen a bit with time, and the storage under each seat is an awesome touch. The reclining backs and arms are nice, but I wonder if they will hold up. So far so good. It feels sturdy, and I like that there is a foot under each arm rest for extra support, in case someone sits on the arm rest.
I like when a product is clever and this one is. It didn’t come in too many boxes because cushions were stored inside the seats, and there were plenty of extra parts for assembly. The instruction booklet is a little hard to understand, but since it doesn’t have many parts, it’s easy after you figure it out. Each box also comes with a nice reversible flat head and Philips screw driver. I’m not mad that I have several now.
