Badia has excellent quality, freshness and variety as i have tried many of their products. the Z'atar is different from other blends also. i like most that it does not contain Salt. if i want more salt i can always add my own but when spices have added salt it is difficult to estimate your sodium grams for the day. it is a Middle Eastern spice. it is not Hot (spicy). It has depth and adds flavor without one spice being overwhelming. some blends have more thyme or marjoram or sumac. i do not get a sense that one spice predominates. i use it on my breakfast toast, a sprinkle on cream cheese. also add to mac n cheese, burger, veggies. can add with butter or oil also on vegs. will buy again.
