I am a massage therapist of 14 years. I have had my set of blue rubber cups for the last 8 years. The same set!

I love the blue rubber cups over all other brand Ive tried... for so many reasons.

1. Natural Rubber, softens over time and with use. After 8 years mine still work, I am about ready for a new set though.

2. Easy to wash with hot water and soap. Ive thrown them in with the laundry too.

3. These are an amazing addition to my massage practice. They do so much work in such a short amount of time, the are the best helpers.

4. These cups have saved my so many times from severe pain.

5. The BEST for sticky and tight fascia. Can use with oil and move them around or in one spot.

I purchased these cups from a massage supply catalog, not from Amazon. They loosen up the fascia layer under the skin, and clients feel so much looser after a minute or two of moving the cups around, making the massage easier to do. I don't usually leave the cups in place, just move them around on the back, upper arms, calves, and upper legs. They can be too uncomfortable on the IT band area for some people, some can tolerate it because of the results achieved. The large cup is too big to use on smaller, slender clients. I mostly use the smaller cups.
