First off, for the price, these can absolutely not be beat! I love the looks of them: simple, but very ergonomic, light, but not too light. A little weight is necessary for cooking on a ceramic stove top. I love the lids, with a very sturdy handle knob, which does not get hot during cooking. It is really important to respect the handling instructions: refrain from overheating. There is really no need for that. These pans cook wonderfully at medium heat. I think this is a bonus, because it helps saving energy. The other very important thing is to not ever immerse them in cold water when they are coming from the stove, piping hot. For me, these two pans, make cooking so easy and fast. Cleaning is really the easiest one can make it, just a wipe down under running water with very little soap and done. I will buy more from this company in the future!

This set of two pans with lids has far exceeded my initial expectations. I would say this is a low-priced set, given that you get two pans with glass lids included. Build quality seems surprisingly good for the price point. The pans themselves seem to really be non-stick, and I like the fact that they are a bit deeper than your average frying pan, making them useful for cooking things with sauce that might leak over a shallower pan's edge. The biggest surprise, however, is the included lids; they are well constructed of strong, sturdy glass, include well designed vent holes, and seem to be of high quality. The only difference is that the edges of these lids are just a bit rougher than the edges of higher priced lids that I own. That said, I've paid more just for replacement lids alone than I paid for this whole set of two pans with included lids, so I can't complain. Of course, these pans and lids are not going to be the same quality as more expensive options, but for the price point these are very nice. Definitely a great value for the set.

I suppose these pans will work out but they turn brown if you raise the heat to high. Not a fan of that as some foods have to be cooked on a higher heat. I probably should have sent them back but I don't like using something and then returning it. I don't think I would buy these again.
