These are different from THESE Wago style connectors in the fact that they allow you to join separate circuits together, in the same plug. The other type that is referenced in the link, connect all the wires together for the same circuit.

These connectors you are looking at on this page, connect two or three separate circuits together in the same plug, all while keeping them isolated from each other.

For example, you could use the two pin one to connect the positive and negative of a battery box to the positive and negative of an LED.
