Worst I have ever brought straight out of the box nothing works not even a basic music fm radio station can tune in I purchased two units both are the same, I have scanned 7cm and 2mtr and nothing just dead…. I have tried to contact I guess after car via what’s app which I have been replied to but completely helpless in every aspect as they don’t know anything and have to speak to another team who have no idea then communication is less frequent to zero reply feed back.
I have asked for a return or swap no reply so ripped off with two dead radio… so well done TiD radio I would give you zero stars if I could for your poor handling of this entire situation if I could but it won’t let me and good luck to any body else who is thinking of a purchase of one of the hand helds I have a fake beufeng that seems to be far superior over this poor excuse you call a transceiver but worse than that is your after support you seem to be paying people for nothing cause there useless, how can you sell a product with zero knowledge of that product
