Scopolamine patches are used to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness. One patch is used for up to 72 hours then removed. It is not recommended to use this product for more than 72 hours at a time as it may cause withdrawal symptoms. This product is not suitable for individuals 65 years and older.

have not had a hypersensitivity reaction to scopolamine, belladonna alkaloids, or any component of the formulation
do not have narrow angle glaucoma
am not pregnant or breastfeeding

understand I must remove the patch before a magnetic resonance imaging test (MRI)
understand this medication is not suitable for age 65 years and older due to enhanced anticholinergic affects which may result in dry mouth, blurred vision, and urinary retention
understand discontinuing this medication may result in withdrawal symptoms such dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, and headache, when used for more than 3 days at a time
understand this medication must be used with caution if diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal obstruction or genitourinary disease or obstruction
do not have liver (hepatic) or kidney (renal) impairment

do have Parkinson’s disease, hyperthyroidism, or seizure disorders
understand this medication may aggravate ulcerative colitis
understand this is not a comprehensive list of precautions, risks, side effects, or details about taking this medication
understand that drug interactions have not been reviewed against the other medications, supplements, or herbal products I may be taking unless also filled by TelyRx
