After barely three years of ownership, Jose “Pepe” Dans is ready to depart his particularly eye-catching estate in a gated pocket of Miami-Dade County. The founder and president of Coral Gables-based Wow MKTG and his longtime wife Heide are asking a smidge under $16 million for their greenery-encased spread, which would set a record for the affluent area if it goes for anywhere near that amount.
