Featuring a medium-dark roast specialty coffee certified SHG/EP/Organic. Grown by 1500 small-holder farmers from Cafe Organics Marcala, it is a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties hand-harvested from altitudes of 1300-1700 meters in Marcala, La Paz. The clay mineral soil and fully washed and sun-dried process contribute to its unique tasting notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar.
