Our product is scientifically proven to work in two ways. The first way it works is physical. The Pulse Device emits low-frequency vibrations directly onto the muscle, which stimulates the targeted area and increases motor unit recruitment and activation. In other words, the vibrations force your muscle to try and stabilize itself while you’re training, which leads to it engaging more fibers and working substantially harder. The second way it works is mental. Our vibrations mimic a pulsation or a tap directly onto the target muscle. This stimulates key proprioceptors that improve neuromuscular function and help your mind hone in on that muscle and properly contract it. This is based off of an old bodybuilding technique called muscle tapping, where your spotter gently taps on the muscle you’re targeting to help build that mind-muscle connection.

Our product bundle comes with 20 double sided medical grade adhesives, meaning that you won't have to repurchase adhesives for a very long time. Each adhesive lasts for up to 12 reapplications per side, allowing most people to use them for multiple workouts each. If you want to make the adhesives last even longer, all you have to do is make sure that you use them on clean, dry skin.

The Pulse Device is quite different from EMS or TENS. Our product combines facilitative proprioceptive tapping with targeted vibration stimulation. In other words, it mimics a tapping feeling directly onto your body, which repetitively draws your attentional focus to the target muscle, while the frequency of the vibration increases fiber recruitment and activation. EMS or TENS units completely bypass the "mind-muscle connection" aspect and don't have the same type of neuromuscular benefits. Additionally, our product does not cause strong involuntary contractions like an EMS or TENS unit. It simply helps you target and activate specific stubborn muscles by enhancing your proprioception and increasing muscle activation, without triggering strong and potentially uncomfortable contractions.

Attentional cues like the ones utilized by the Pulse Device have been shown to have a direct relationship to hypertrophy below 80% of 1RPM. These vibrations are also the same frequency vibrations utilized by Whole Body Vibration plates, but we brought them onto a smaller, sleeker, and substantially more affordable scale. It really shines when you’re doing isolated exercises or struggling to feel a certain muscle fire. Asides from slightly reducing the weight that you’re using, you don’t need to completely change your workout routine when using our devices. With muscle stimulators, you often times have to use little to no weight or can’t even train while using them.

The Pulse Device is an incredible tool for physical therapy. It's primarily used for the correct activation of target muscles while performing prehab and rehab exercises. The mind-muscle connection which the device is focused on is fundamental in post-surgical rehab programs and is really the big difference between us and EMS devices. Our product really shines on latent/stubborn muscles that are a result of injury, neuromuscular issues, or poor proprioception.
