The nurse who checked me in was very efficient and got me in an exam room quickly. I was put in the room at 2:02 p.m. and I know that my appt. wasn't until 3. My appt. was at 3 p.m. and I was seen by my doctor at 4:15. I live about 70 miles away and was caught in the 5 p.m. traffic on Hwy. 280, which is terrible. I understand that at times you will have to wait, but from 3 p.m. to 4:15 is way to excessive. This is not the first time, and I am sure it won't be the last. The earlier I can get an appointment, the better!!!!!!

Great clinic! Although I was a half hour late for my appointment due to trying to get parked in the parking deck, I was still seen in a timely manner. Staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. Dr Pogwizd is simply amazing!

Time management. My time is very important to me. I work and if my appointment is at 3:30 it should not take over 2 hours sitting and waiting to see the doctor. Very poor time management!!
