Bought for wife, this his her review: I like the panties, they’re not uncomfortable to wear at all, the heating pad is really lovely and heats up fast, I don’t really wear the headache cap that much but it’s a nice to have.

Got as a gift from my bf. Wearing the panties overnight during my period. I have been wearing them monthly for the last 8 months. I haven't had any issues with leaks. The heating pad is suuper nice and warm, I literally carry it in my handbag 😂 Blanket is large and comfy and the cap really helps whenever I get a headache, I like to keep it in the freezer and pop it out whenever I need it.
