Goa, India’s smallest state, is located on the country’s western coast between the Sahyadri range of the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea. 1. Porvorim
Porvorim, one of Goa’s thriving residential areas, is situated on the Mumbai-Goa Highway. The legislative centre of Goa and a Panaji suburb is Porvorim, which is situated on the north bank of the Mandovi River. Porvorim is primarily made up of lovely detached homes and apartment buildings.
Well-known residential communities like Devashri Greens, Nitin Socorro Gardens, Devashris Pinto Ville, Remus Coexist, and Vaswani El Palazzo can be found in Porvorim. Due to its proximity to well-known Goa beaches and employment hubs like Pilerne Industrial Estate and Kundaim Industrial Estate, Porvorim’s residential sector is thriving. 2. Panjim
Goa’s state capital is Panjim, also referred to as Panaji. It is situated alongside the Mandovi River on the northern outskirts. Taleigao and Tiswadi are towns that border Panaji. 3. Calangute
On the coast of the Arabian Sea in north Goa, Calangute is a well-known town. It is well known for its water and beach sports. It is a crowded area in Goa and a well-liked tourist destination. Everything you could possibly need is there, including post offices, banks, hospitals, and shafts.
Baga, Saligao, Nerul, and Candolim all encircle the area. There are clubs and restaurants all along Calangute Beach. 4. Vasco Da Gama
Vasco Da Gama (also spelt Vasco) is a notable and important commercial centre in South Goa and the location of the Mormugao Port. The majority of the multi-story residential apartments in this developed neighbourhood come from a number of reputable developers.
The demand for homes in this area is fueled by the proximity to the airport, significant employment hubs like the nearby Goa Shipyard and industrial towns Verna and Sancoale, and well-established municipal and social amenities.

5. Margao
South Goa’s Margao neighbourhood is a prestigious and well-established residential and commercial area. Benaulim and Colva beaches are nearby. Additionally, there are numerous churches and tourist attractions in this town. Kurtarkar Hills Apartments, Anju Apartments, Lotus Classique, Coelho Apartment, among others, are a few of the apartment buildings in this area.
