The annual Easter exhibition showcases Easter eggs and palms, decorations and greeting cards made using both traditional and modern techniques by over forty artists, mainly from the regions of Lower Silesia and Opole.

The exhibits include Easter eggs decorated with techniques of batik, engraving and applique, as well as covered with miniature cut-outs and bulrush core, examples of the so-called “kroszonki” [patterns ‘scratched’ on eggshells] from the Opole region, and also those using the Hutsul, Suwałki, Rzeszów and Opole regional motifs. The exhibition provides an opportunity to view the contemporary techniques used in Easter egg decorations.
