What are your COVID protocols?
At the moment, we’re open by appointment only at both of our locations (Markham, ON and Montreal, QC). Our in-house procedures include maintaining a distance of 6 feet at all times and regular sanitization of high-traffic areas. Additionally, masks must be worn at all times. If you’re not quite comfortable with coming in, you can also opt to schedule a video or phone call with one of our Business Development representatives.
I don’t see the product I want, can you still help me?
Yes, the products we’ve shown on our website are just examples of what we’ve done for our clients. We can source products that match your packaging such as stickers, business cards, POP displays, mugs, pens and more!
When should I place my order?
Our specialists would advise placing your order about 4 to 5 months before you will need to use it. Packaging is an essential part to your brand, so it should be one of the first decisions you make after your product. This time frame allows for design approval, sample products, and shipment of your order. For example, if you want special holiday packaging to use in November, you should contact us to start the process in June or July.
What is my limit in terms of design and print?
Absolutely no limit! That’s the beauty of LeKAC Sourcing. We don’t want to limit your creativity which is exactly why there is no cap on what we can do for you! Choose from one-colour, multicolour, foil and more!
Can you help me with dimensions?
Yes we can! Our design specialists can calculate measurements for specific product packaging to ensure that everything will fit.
