This is Tamiya's 1/24 scale plastic Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R model. The R380, produced by the Japanese company Prince in the 1960s, won the 1996 Japanese Grand Prix race and set many world speed records the following year. The Prince company joined the Nissan company and, during the 1968 Tokyo Motor Show, presented a 4-door Skyline model. The new Skyline was launched in February 1969 under the name GT-R featuring DOHC with a 1989cc 6-cylinder engine in S20 style and a maximum power of 160hp. Skyline's two- and four-door GT-R versions dominated Japanese racetracks from the late 60s to the early 70s, scoring 50 wins and creating the famous "GT-R myth" among Japanese car racing fans. The fully assembled this 1/24 model is 18.3 cm long.
