'Większy' means 'bigger', for example 'ten telefon jest większy od tego' what means this phone is bigger than that'. 'Więcej' means 'more', for example 'w tym pudełku jest więcej cukierków niż w tamtym' what means 'in this box is more sweets than in that'. :)

That's quite simple: większy means "greater" or "bigger" and więcej means "more", e.g. Afganistan jest większy od Kuwejtu. - Afghanistan is bigger than Kuwait.
Zjadłem dziś więcej lodów niż sam ważę. - Today I ate more ice cream than I weigh.

@gabrielohlsen "Większy" is an adjective, so it should usually describe a noun, e.g. "większy samochód" (a bigger car), "większy kłopot" (bigger trouble).
"Więcej" is an adverb, so as suggested by its name it modifies a verb, e.g. "powiedz więcej" (say more).
Sometimes "więcej" can come with a noun, especially in short commands, and then the verb is implied or obvious from the context, e.g. "(dodaj) więcej cukru" ([add] more sugar).
