Question about Polish
Exactly how do these two words, zapamiętać & popamiętać, differ in meaning? Also, is there any slight semantic difference between those two words and the ndk. form of pamiętać? And one more thing - I see that zapamiętać has a ndk. form of itself(zapamiętywać), then does popamiętać also has its own, like popamiętywać? (I just searched this 'popamiętywać' word on Google and there were only two results; I'm having a hard time figuring out what this means - if it's a time-to-time grammatical error committed by native speakers, or an existing word that just isn't used often.)

"Popamiętać" isn't often used. Personally I remember this word used only in situations where someone want to get revenge on the other person, who made something bad to him and is running away. Then the first person say to runner: "Popamiętasz mnie jeszcze!"
- You will remember me someday!
On the other hand
" zapamietywać" is commonly used in variety forms. Also can be replaced probably by "zapamiętać" in many situations like not in every case.

"Jeszcze mnie popamiętasz/popamiętacie!" - to ostrzeżenie, a nawet groźba. Znaczy tyle, co "jeszcze tu wrócę i nie będzie ci/wam do śmiechu!" (zapowiedź odwetu)
