Majak Signs with CCU Basketball

Majark is Gray's second signee

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina University head men's basketball coach Justin Gray has announced the signing of Mabor Majak to the CCU roster for 2024-25.

Majak transfers to CCU after playing two seasons at Missouri. During his time with the Tigers, the 7'-2" center saw action in 32 games averaging over six minutes per contest. He was named to the 2023 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll, the SEC Community Service Team, and to the 2022-23 NABC Honors Court.
 
Before arriving at Missouri, Majak spent two seasons at Cleveland State where he saw action in 35 games and averaged 4.7 minutes per game coming off the bench.
 
Majak was a three-star recruit coming out of Hamilton Southeastern in Fishers, Ind.  He was the third-ranked prospect in the state of Indiana by IndyStar Preps, and averaged 11.4 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 2.6 blocked shots per game during his senior campaign. He was named the Co-County Player of the Year, Associated Press All-State and part of the IBCA Supreme 15.
