Re previous issue with Ventoy failing to launch on Windows 8.1

I've done some testing to find the cause and with a clean install of 'Windows8.1 Pro' Ventoy works but then stops working as soon as I install DataRam Ramdisk, but that's kind of strange as DataRam is installed on my 'Windows7 Pro' setup and Ventoy works fine on that.
For me I cant live without DataRam on my Windows setups so I will just keep dropping back to Win7 to use and Update Ventoy.
I did suspect the RAMDisk at first but as the issue isn't there on Windows 7 It threw me off.
