there is a series called Klangor and in episode 5 there is a part I do not understand - any help would be much appreciated.
"Knapik poznał Olę Majdzik w więzieniu.
Myślał, że jak ucieknie ze szpitala, to będą razem.
Nad ranem jakiś facet odstawił ją. Knapik to widział..."
I am not sure if this is of importance but this lady, Ola, she is dead and it seems Knapik killed her at some point after he escaped from prison.
It is not clear yet, if he really killed her but it is very probable. What is clear, is that the guy, Knapik, went looking for Ola, because he liked her, she used to work in prison and was nice to him.
I am having trouble with "odstawił ją" - all the definitions do not really help and what happend is not being showed. You just see the guy sitting there and telling his wife, what he found out.
Any idea what this could mean?
