This Grill comes equipped with the signature Brasero. The Brasero is a firebox located centre of the TWO grills. It allows you to generate a controlled and long-lasting heat source, providing consistent cooking temperatures for extended periods. It is ideal for slow cooking, roasting, and creating delicious smoky flavours.
