The Shelby Cobra, also known as the AC Cobra, is a legendary
American sports car that is famous for its performance and racing
pedigree. It was the result of a collaboration between American car
designer and entrepreneur Carroll Shelby and the British automaker
AC Cars. The first Shelby Cobra was introduced in the early 1960s
and quickly gained a reputation as one of the most iconic and
powerful sports cars of its era.
This Backdraft Racing Cobra was inspired by the work that Carrol
Shelby had begun many decades before and it still lives true to the
legend.
Under the hood is a 427ci small block Ford V8 pushing out 500hp and
built with some of the best products on the market today.
Backing that power up is a Tremec TKX 5 speed manual transmission
along with an Independent rear suspension.
Power four-wheel disc brakes and 18" center lock wheels and wide
profile tires on all four corners make this Cobra a handling
machine.
Inside you will find leather bucket seats along with carbon fiber
looking Autometer gauges and sueded leather steering wheel to help
keep your hands firmly planted on the wheel.
