Fajans

Fajans – rodzaj ceramiki, wytwarzanej z zanieczyszczonego kaolinu, podobny nieco do porcelany. Po wypaleniu wyroby fajansowe mają kolor od białego do jasnokremowego. Wytwarza się je najczęściej w wersji powleczonej nieprzezroczystym szkliwem. Wikipedia
